Our first interaction with this customer came in the Summer of 2022 when he visited us with warranty concerns about his Jeanneau. “Even though I didn’t buy the boat from Jonkers Yachts, they helped me straight away and fixed the problems,” he recalls.
Despite not having purchased the yacht from us, we were happy to assist, and this meeting quickly evolved into something more. “The repairs were carried out even though I bought the boat in Germany. At the same time, I expressed my interest in Fairline, and they immediately showed me suitable models.”

Not only that, but they also made their car available so I could go to the supermarket and get everything we needed,” he shares.
When he later decided to purchase a Fairline, we ensured a seamless experience. “The employees were always available for me. All my questions were answered, and later changes to the order due to additional requests were no problem at all.”
Going the extra mile – a true partnership
We don’t just sell yachts—we ensure that every step of the journey is memorable. “In January 2024, I met with Jonkers Yachts at the Fairline shipyard in Oundle. I was able to see my boat under construction and tour the entire production halls. That was really interesting,” he says.
When it was time to take delivery of his new yacht, we were there to support him. “The perfectly organized departure of the ship in England in May 2024 was another highlight. Alexander traveled to England with me, and we transferred the boat together.
Outstanding after-sales support
Our commitment to customers doesn’t end after a sale. “Krista does a great job in post-production. She is very structured and keeps an eye on exactly what my yacht needs—whether it’s services, warranty claims, or extra requests,” he explains.
Unlike his previous experiences with other dealers, he appreciates our continued engagement. “I have bought boats from three different dealers so far. With the first two, I left with my boat and never heard from them again. Things are different with Jonkers Yachts—you feel like you’ve found new friends. You’re invited to parties, events, and training sessions. It’s really nice.”
