In June 2021, Jonkers Yachts became the first EU customs warehouse for seagoing sailing and motor yachts between 12 and 80 metres. By cooperating with the Dutch customs authorities and SGS Maco Customs Service, we serve the Netherlands and surrounding countries from our Customs Warehouse in Port Zélande Marina. If you’re an owner, importer or (mega) yacht builder and are looking for a temporary storage solution for your yacht that doesn’t involve having to pay import duties and taxes, you’ve come to the right place! Whether it’s the sale or delivery of a yacht to the EU at a later date, or a yacht awaiting sale, our partner SGS Maco Customs Service will take care of all the customs formalities so that you don’t have to worry about it. During the time that your yacht is with us – under permanent supervision – we carry out any servicing and maintenance work that may be required. If you decide to sell your yacht, we can take care of that for you, too.
